Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Zurich, Switzerland. Pre-orders will show an estimated ship date on the product page.
Rates

Switzerland: Free over CHF 75; CHF 6 flat under CHF 75.

EU & US: Calculated at checkout (carrier live rates).

Duties/taxes for international orders are paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise.
Carriers & timing
We ship via Swiss Post, UPS, or DHL. Typical transit times:

Switzerland: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days

US/Rest of World: 7–14+ business days (customs may add time)
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. It may take 24 hours to update.
Address changes
If you need to update your address, email support@nkaryah.com immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best—orders already dispatched can’t be rerouted.
Lost / delayed packages
If a package appears stalled for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), contact us at support@nkaryah.com and we’ll open a carrier trace.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
Partial shipments
To avoid delays, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost.
