We want you to love your ritual. If something feels off, we’ll help.
Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Unopened/unused items only. If something arrived damaged or you had a reaction, email us and we’ll make it right.
Start a return
Email support@nkaryah.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different item? We’ll issue a return label and create a new order once your return is in transit.
Gifts
If you received N’ka’ryah as a gift, we can issue store credit to you or the original purchaser—your call.
Damaged / wrong item
Email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can replace it quickly.
